How Long Does Physical Therapy Using The McKenzie Method Take Until I Feel Better?

You should see significant results within the first couple of visits, often at the initial evaluation.

Typically, patients treated with this method begin to feel relief in a much shorter time than with traditional physical therapy. I will devote one hour for your visit. This one-on-one approach is very different than most physical therapy facilities you’ve visited.

Generally, 6-8 visits are sufficient to achieve our goals. One of the unique features of the McKenzie approach is that you will be taught how to recognize if the problem could be returning and how to prevent further episodes of pain.
